Fountain November 20, 2022 Reviewer: Stephan from Albany   LOVE IT! I purchased this to replace my old one that broke and I must say this one is much nicer - lighter, thinner and clearer glass along with a more refined look, I am  very pleased with the other parts as well. I also want to say that I thought the shipping price was a little high until the package arrived. Everything was packaged the way things used to be packaged with lots of cushioning, bubble wrap and peanuts.  Definitely not an Amazon purchase. Truly Exceptional Service February 19, 2019 Reviewer: Mark S from Huntsville, AL United States   Received timely delivery of what I can only describe as the most meticulously packed product I have ever received right down to folded tape tabs with red marker to make it easy and clear how to undo the tape to unwrap each individually packaged item. Customer Service December 6, 2018 Reviewer: Sherri H from Eagle , ID United States   Purchased this fountain set as a gift for my husband. It’s for Christmas and is wrapped up waiting to surprise him. I cannot review the product as we haven’t used it yet. I can review the customer service! Excellent customer service. Made a phone call and spoke to Tony before placing my order and he answered all my questions   Merchandise shipped very quickly and arrived in the amount of time promised.     I would not hesitate to order from absinthe on the net  again  in the future.
