Wrapping was better than anything I've seen and shipping was very fast. The fountain works great fountain and the etching looks so nice. We both love it.

I was amazed at how carefully my entire order was packed. I've since learned heavy duty packaging is in fact to be expected. The fountain is stunning and receives many compliments about the etching. I chose the four spigot model and I'm glad I did as 2 spouts would likely not be enough. I am very careful emptying and cleaning and have bumped it against the sink with no damage. I must have been lucky and would recommend careful filling with a pitcher to avoid damage.

All items very well packed, paper then bubble wrapped inside plenty of packing peanuts and double box. The red marking on the sealing tape was very helpful when unwrapping. Delivering was fast, 3 days after ordering. The etching is very unique and is stunningly beautiful. Looks just like picture. All in all a perfetc purchase!
