The Silver Plate Brouilleur (French for mixing) is used in place of an absinthe spoon. Place atop your glass with a sugar cube inside. Slowly add ice, cold water to dripper and watch it louche your glass like a fountain. Larger open area and low profile make the Petite Brouilleur easier to use than a standard spoon.
