I ordered the Absinthe Glass and Carafe Set.  It was packaged well and arrived intact.  I didn't receive the sugar cubes with the initial order.  One e-mail and Tony was happy to get the sugar cubes out to me right away.  Mistakes happen.  A good company handles them well.

Guests love the glasses with the pour lines.  The presentation with the spoons and carafe is wonderful.
