The 4 spout Rozier Fee Absinthe fountain is blown, lead-free crystal with an iridescent blue Fairy on top and serrated, blue base. Using An Absinthe Fountain

During the Belle Epoque, Absinthe Fountains were brought to your table so you could prepare your absinthe to your taste. Absinthe fountains are by far the best way to properly louche an absinthe as you have precise control of the drip rate of the water.

Using A Fountain: Add approximately one ounce of absinthe to your glass. A quality absinthe will usually provide the best louche at a 1:3 to 1:5 ratio. Place your Absinthe Spoon on top of your glass and a sugar cube on the spoon. Position your glass so the water drips over the cube. Turn the spigot on the fountain to your desired drip rate. A steady drip to a slow stream is preferred.

As water is added to the absinthe, the alcohol concentration falls allowing the release of herbal oils and aromas held in concentration by the high alcohol content of absinthe. The herbal oils form the louche lending a milky white, opalescent appearance to the drink.

Remember: Always use ice cold, pure water for the best tasting drink.

This fountain set was packaged well. The only downside was the peanuts. I can't stand packing peanuts! LOL.

Everything arrived intact. The fountain is very attractive and helped to create a warm and fun environment when I invited a few close friends over to enjoy some Absinthe. I highly recommend it.

My expectations have been marred by shoddy online purchases in the past, but this experience was fantastic.  As I unwrapped each piece, I was completely blown away with the quality. Truly works of art. I washed everything and set it up on my bar immediately. I can hardly wait to share this with friends.

I bought a full fountain / glasses / and spoon set for my wife. The quality is great and the products are beautiful. Tony was super helpful in helping me select glasses and spoons that would be a match for what I was after. Servers life the glasses were out of stock - but tony helped me make great choice. I’d say in general it’s good to call him, as it seemed the website inventory was not totally accurate. The packaging was fantastic and everything arrived in perfect condition!!
